Protocol and data sharing

Sharing data and protocols among our peers is critical to accelerate scientific progress, promote transparency, and help inform infectious disease surveillance and control. We will release any useful protocols and analytical tools as they are generated and validated internally. Genomic data are released on SRA and other repositories.

Please note that because protocols or analytical tools are usually early releases (pre-print), they may contain mistakes. If you have any questions, or if you find a mistake, please email us using the contact tab on this site.
